* fix(changesets): remove network-protocols and build-config from ignore These packages are dependencies of non-ignored packages: - @esengine/network depends on @esengine/network-protocols - Multiple packages depend on @esengine/build-config (private, won't publish) * fix(ci): add .changeset to CI trigger paths
