将组件注册表抽象为接口，支持场景级组件注册：
- 新增 IComponentRegistry 接口定义
- Scene 持有独立的 componentRegistry 实例
- 支持从 GlobalComponentRegistry 克隆
- 各系统支持传入自定义注册表
