補上 README 專案畫面預覽

根本原因：README 缺少實際介面畫面，無法快速了解模擬模式、深色主題與 subagent 協作效果。

影響：瀏覽專案首頁時，可以直接查看淺色與深色模式的完整辦公室畫面。

修法：新增兩張實際瀏覽器截圖，並在 README 加入畫面預覽區塊與對應說明。
